A new Optical Cadence Sensor for CompuTrainer has been developed which is especially userful for MultiRider centers and home applications where two or more riders sare the use of a CompuTrainer. The "Puck" is an optical sensor which does NOT mount on the bike. Instead it sits on the floor beneath the pedal to sense pedal rotation which is communicated to the Handlebar Controller by cable. The cadence signal supports the display of both Cadence AND SpinScan. The sensor is rugged, sweat-proof and very easy to use. It eliminates the time required to attach and detach the standard candence sensor from the bike. Patent Pending.
